What you need to know

Bring yourself, your laptop, and whatever you plan on wearing. Lodging consists of shared dorm rooms (what better way to get to know new people!) complete with linens, pillows, blankets and towels. We'll also be supplying food, drinks, and fun atmosphere. We invite you to bring board games or card games... we can only guarantee that we'll have the equipment needed to play Artemis. We have a fun outdoor activity planned for one evening so camping chairs, a sweater and maybe some bug spray are highly recommended. Make sure to sign up for the FONZ personalized tour of the facility! For a more in-depth run down of the weekend, check out our More Info page. More questions? Take a gander through the FAQ or drop us a note.

What does it cost?

$200 all-inclusive. Registration includes room, linens, pillows, towels, swag, and three all-you-can-eat meals a day. We are a break-even operation; all funds go toward paying for the event!

Anything else?

The conference runs from June 16, 5:00 pm through June 19, 4:00 pm. It is important that you arrive by 5:00 pm sharp on June 16 as teams will be chosen right around that time. You’ll spend dinner meeting with your team, chatting about your projects, and getting your environments aligned. We’ve found the event is most successful, with the most buy-in, when teams are a cohesive bunch from the beginning.
